Bean burger

Bean burger with oats and a touch of chili

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can beans – white or other drained
  • 20 grams rolled oats
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 tbspn olive oil or other oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion into chunks and put in food processor with all the other ingredients
  • Pulse, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • If it's too dry add a bit of water if too wet add more oats or plain flour
  • Divide into patties and fry gently in olive oil
