Bean burger
Bean burger with oats and a touch of chili
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can beans – white or other drained
- 20 grams rolled oats
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 tbspn olive oil or other oil for frying
Instructions
- Chop the onion into chunks and put in food processor with all the other ingredients
- Pulse, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- If it's too dry add a bit of water if too wet add more oats or plain flour
- Divide into patties and fry gently in olive oil
